Information You May Need to Provide
Depending on the type of request, you may need to provide Your name, Physical address, Mailing address, Phone number, Billing email address, and Preferred payment method (credit/debit card or ACH).
Not every request will require every item on this list. The information needed can depend on what you're asking HBBTech to do. HBBTech does not currently accept Checks. Charges will typically be invoiced after work is completed and the technician has returned to the office, unless discussed ahead of time.
HBBTech Response Times and Priority Levels
HBBTech handles requests based on the communication method and priority level. Here's the basic breakdown:
*Response time means the time until you receive a response from a real person. An automated attendant, voicemail system, or auto-responder does not count as a response.
A Quick Note About Response Times
The response times above are intended to give you a general idea of when you can expect to hear from someone. They are not necessarily a promise that the issue will be resolved within that timeframe.
For example, a one-hour emergency response means you should receive a response from a real person within the applicable response period. It does not necessarily mean the technician will have the problem completely fixed within one hour.
HBBTech’s Business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday Through Friday, aside from Holidays. Get on the Mailing List to ensure you know when they’re closed!
What Counts as an IT Emergency?
Not every technology problem needs emergency support. At the same time, some problems can't reasonably wait until the next business day.
HBBTech's IT emergency communication process is designed to provide access to assistance outside normal business hours.
The important part is that you decide whether your situation is an emergency. HBBTech does not determine whether you should use the emergency communication method.
If you believe you have an IT emergency, use the designated emergency communication method.
HBBTech IT Emergency Phone Number
The HBBTech emergency communication line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That means the emergency communication method remains available outside normal business hours, including weekends, holidays, and other times when the administrative office is closed.
HBBTech IT Emergency Phone Number is available by pressing 1 when prompted after reaching the auto-attendant on either phone number, or by letting the person that answers the call during business hours know that you have an Emergency.
If you believe you have an IT emergency, use this - that's what it's there for! If you don’t reach a live person, PLEASE leave a voicemail - calling it repeatedly can delay their ability to respond while they prepare to answer for a potential catastrophe. HBBTech will respond as soon as possible (Typically within 1 hour or less) and do our best to ensure that it reaches someone who can assist with the problem.
Know someone who could benefit from HBBTech's services?
You can send them to the New Relationships page or, when appropriate, provide their information through HBBTech's referral process.
If you're referring another person or business, make sure you understand what information they’re comfortable with you providing and whether you have their permission to contact HBBTech on their behalf - no one likes getting a cold call from an IT company that knows their problem before they know why the IT company know the issue! After that, HBBTech will reach out to them directly.

Holiday Closures and Emergency IT Support
HBBTech may have scheduled holiday closures for its administrative office. However, an administrative office being closed does not mean that emergency communication is unavailable.
The HBBTech emergency number continues to be available 24/7/365, including holidays and other periods when the administrative office is closed.
HBBTech IT Emergency Phone Number is available by pressing 1 when prompted after reaching the auto-attendant on either phone number, or by letting the person that answers the call during business hours know that you have an Emergency.
If you believe you have an emergency, you can use the emergency communication method even when the office is otherwise closed.
And remember: you decide whether your situation is an emergency. HBBTech does not make that determination for you.
